Monthly Wrap Up: December 2016

Posted January 1, 2017 in Monthly Wrap Ups / Leave a comment!

The last wrap up of 2016! How exciting! My month wasn’t full of reading like it usually is. Mostly because of Christmas and we all know how that takes up so much time. But I did ok for what time I had!

THREE EXCITING THINGS THAT HAPPENED LAST MONTH

  • Christmas! I got a few new books to add to my shelves!
  • I had a little vacation time so I got caught up on the blog a little! Stay tuned for some reviews.
  • Alice @ Alice’s Book Vault and I started a 2017 reading challenge! You can check it out here.

THREE NEW OBSESSIONS

  • Art. I’ve always done it but I didn’t get much of a chance in 2016 to do anything. So I’ve been practicing and will hopefully have some new pieces soon.
  • Organizing. I’ve always been obsessed with this but it usually comes in waves. Right now there’s a wave.
  • Hedgehogs! I’ve actually decided to get one! I’m currently working on buying a cage and toys for my new little critter in April!

FAVOURITE QUOTE LAST MONTH

“once upon a time, the princess rose from the ashes her dragon lovers made of her & crowned herself the mother-fucking queen of herself.   – how’s that for a happily ever after?”

      Aww thank you!!
I really loved Frostblood actually. I was nervous that it would be similar to all other fantasies but it was actually pretty different. I need the next book now but the wait is going to be forever 😂
