  1. There are a lot of books on here that I haven’t read (even some of the children’s classics!) but this is a good list. I enjoyed the Tiger’s Curse series because the mythology and use of the tigers made it stand out from other YA at the time I was reading it.

  2. ANIMALS!!!! I love animals. I have The Knife of Never Letting Go on my TBR, I need to move it up if it has a talking dog!! Also added Sea of Shadows to my wishlist… One of my fave indie paranormal reads has a minor dog character that I absolutely adore, b/c she can get feelings from him (the Bound series by Stormy Smith).

  3. Great topic! Sea of Shadows has such a beautiful cover and I keep seeing it around lately. I can’t believe I haven’t read Black Beauty yet. Fail on my part. 😉

YES YES MANCHEE OMG I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR MANCHEE.
Tbh, I hate animal books because I LOVE animals. xD And I find 80% of the time the authors kill them and just leave me beyond devastated for soooo long, eeeeek. *cries* But I do so love Narnia, but OLD YELLER MADE ME CRY. ALSO CHARLOTTE’S WEB. AND THE KNIFE OF NEVER LETTING GO, OF COURSE. At least Tiger’s Curse wasn’t cryable. hehe. ;D
Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!
