This was the second tag that I saw on Books for a Delicate Eternity‘s blog. I’ve seen this one around BookTube a lot but it was her that finally pushed me to do it.
Dark Chocolate: A book that covers a dark topic (abuse, domestic violence, rape, loneliness, bullying, death etc).
Iron Kissed by Patricia Briggs
It involves rape and the book after this one talks about how she deals with it.
White Chocolate: Your favourite light hearted/humorous read.
The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen
Or anything by Sarah Dessen. She has a very light writing style.
Milk Chocolate: A book that has a lot of hype that you’re dying to read.
The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Braken
I’m really excited to read this one but I’m nervous that it’s going to remind me too much of Kelley Armstrong’s Darkest Power’s series and that I won’t like it. Has anyone read both?
Chocolate with a Caramel Center: Name a book that made you feel all gooey in the middle while you were reading it.
The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks
All his books make you feel gooey inside. I liked this one more than all the others. Except The Guardian which is my favourite.
Wafer Free Kit Kat: Name a book that surprised you lately.
Monstrous Beauty by Elizabeth Fama
I was really unsure before I read this book. It didn’t sound like anything I had read before but in the end that turned out to be a good thing.
Snickers: A book that you are going nuts about.
Omens by Kelley Armstrong
I seriously cannot get enough of this book. I love everything by Kelley Armstrong but this one was a HUGE hit with me.
Hot Chocolate with Cream and Marshmallows: What book would you turn to for a comforting read?
Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling
I’ve read these books so often that I turn to them for my comfort read.
Box of Chocolates: What series have you read that you feel has a wide variety and a little something for everyone?
The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness
I’m not sure if this has something for everyone but I think it covers most of the bases.
