I promised you lots of Harry Potter fanart didn’t I? I’m giving you a warning. Be prepared to see the cutest piece of Harry Potter fanart ever made. You will cry from cuteness! Today’s question: How do you feel about less realistic fanart? Some people make the characters into cartoons or anime characters. Do you prefer those or more realistic pieces more? I think I like seeing realistic pieces more because it makes the characters feel real to me. I do love seeing some of these more cartoony character too though because some are seriously adorable. Is this not the most adorable thing you’ve seen? Giorgia (SayuriEyes) did an amazing job! I especially love how she drew the invisibility cloak. It makes me think of a ghost. Also is that a professor in disguise I see up top? I love how this piece really plays up the youthfulness of the trio in the first couple of books. I can’t get over the expressions on their faces either. They’re so perfect! When I think of Lumos (which is the title of this piece) I think of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban for some reason. That’s just the first one that comes into my mind!
About Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Harry Potter is lucky to reach the age of thirteen, since he has already survived the murderous attacks of the feared Dark Lord on more than one occasion. But his hopes for a quiet term concentrating on Quidditch are dashed when a maniacal mass-murderer escapes from Azkaban, pursued by the soul-sucking Dementors who guard the prison. It’s assumed that Hogwarts is the safest place for Harry to be. But is it a coincidence that he can feel eyes watching him in the dark, and should he be taking Professor Trelawney’s ghoulish predictions seriously?
“The consequences of our actions are always so complicated, so diverse, that predicting the future is a very difficult business indeed.”
