Review of INSURGENT
I could not put this book down. There’s no way I could possibly wait for the third book to be released.
First of all this book is fantastic. It’s not quite the same as Divergent since the war has begun I guess you could say. I like that though. There’s lots of action. There were so many twists and stuff in this book that I couldn’t even handle it sometimes. It was just so good! One thing I’m really happy about is that there’s no love triangle! Thank God! I was getting tired of those. It’s nice to see a girl like one guy and she likes him back. Done. It’s easy.
I was really impressed with Tris in this book. She was a little annoying sometimes but she really grew up. I like that she wasn’t a typical teenager who was obsessed with her boyfriend, she was actually aware and concerned about the things going on around her. Tobias was a little overprotective sometimes but I guess that was to be expected. The bad guy in this book, or girl I should say, is incredible as well. I like how she’s basically the smartest person and she’s starting this war. It’s great!
If you haven’t read this series yet I suggest that you do right away!

“Cruelty does not make a person dishonest, the same way bravery does not make a person kind.”
P.S. These covers are really amazing!
